Traffic: Serious crash on Palisades Parkway

A crash northbound occurred between Exits 13 and 14. Saw Mill River Parkway: An accident has closed the left lane southbound south of Exit 5 for Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers. Sprain Brook Parkway: Disabled vehicle northbound near the Jackson Avenue exit.
