Guilty plea in wrong-way Sprain crash that killed NYPD detective

A Yonkers man who drove the wrong way on the Sprain Brook Parkway ... was driving his Honda Pilot southbound to work at a police precinct in Queens when Moreano crashed into the Pilot head-on, killing Duncan instantly, officials said.
