Concerns aired over Carson City development

Katherine Yonkers, who wrote a letter to the editor published in the Nevada Appeal, said the developers could take a lesson from the Silver Oak PUD. “We’ve all enjoyed that land, but we all knew it was coming and you can’t stop it,” she said.
