ContraFect reports 4Q loss

On a per-share basis, the Yonkers, New York-based company said it had a loss of 28 cents. For the year, the company reported profit of $25.1 million, or $1.08 per share. The company's shares closed at $3.61. A year ago, they were trading at $5.52.
